Life is a stealer some times. Due to our selling our car and buying a new car and phone calls etc I missed the run yesterday. Now... I also had some ice cream last night.
This brings me to this morning. We did our run from day 10 today. It was awful. I could not limber up and it was so hard to do the running. I dunno which thing made it so but Monday was soooo good compared to today. Oh well I'll be walking most of tomorrow for Black Friday. Next run on sat. So, yes Dan a little hickup but nothing fatal. Happy Thanksgiving all!
