Wow. Seems like just two days ago I felt pretty good when I was doing my workouts. Today was a different story. My shins hurt and I didn't like the pace I did today. Between the running and walking I only had a 17:11 pace per mile. I'm looking forward to next week when the initial shock to my muscles starts to lessen.
Some things were good though. I got to go out with both my boys. I was pushing Andrew in a jogging stroller. That was different. I found it hard to relax my upper body while pushing him. It was a blast to have both of them out there tho. :)
Tomorrow is just walking supposed to be an easy walk and I guarantee it will be!
